This 3-townhouse site, situated on one of Essendon’s main roads, was a redevelopment project for a developer. The developer wanted to keep within the area’s traditional elements, including stucco render, classic Tasmanian oak floors and traditional red and yellow colours. Ardmillian provided an end-to-end service from design and town planning through to construction and subdivision.
